Get started!
So today, is my first day off from The Trend Boutique’s Internship, also the first day I work as part-time! I went in to see Sally at lunchtime and we went through her plan and my tasks. Got quite a lot to do and to rush lol

We have 2 new interns coming in today, one from Trent and one from Birmingham City. Both lovely girls and I bet they know each other before. After Sally giving them an induction, they started to help with the research of Hidden Luxury and I was transferring the 2 colour trends’ PDF to InDesign. Just try to make them coherent with the Trend Direction PDF that I did last Friday.

I have already worked for 2 weeks with all these lovely girls and a guy! today, 3 of them are leaving :( so there are a lot of things they need to let Sally knows, so that she can pass it on to someone else when they come for interning. Today, I have been working with my beloved Photoshop, did a few boards and at the end of the day, Sally had a look at them and loved them!!! I have also started to put them in InDesign, which turns out perfectly and professionally! Sally would love the rest of her downloadable report to be in that format!! whooohoo, finally I have done something that is appreciated by the company!!

Sadly we are still working on the images research today, but the highlight is that, I have got a reply from Lane Crawford about the future fashion exhibition thats going on in their IFC shop at the moment. It was my first intern day yesterday at The Trend Boutique in Nottingham City Centre. It was a small office and I worked with 5 other interns and our boss - Sally Denton. Sally is a nice lady.
